  1. Election of the Chair of the Council
  2. Election of the Vice-Chair of the Council

Delivery by the Chair and Vice-chair of their acceptance of office form will be done when the first Face to Face meeting of the council takes place.

  1. Committee appointment – to agree the terms of reference, membership and chair for the Community Action Group
  2. External bodies – review of representation on bodies and arrangements for reporting back
  3. Standing Orders – to approve the adoption of the Council’s standing orders
  4. Financial Regulations – to approve the adoption of the Council’s Financial Regulations
  5. Asset Register – to approve the Council’s asset register.
  6. Meeting Calendar – to approve the timetable of Parish Council meetings in 2021/22
